Our values

Our values We work in alignment with strongly-held beliefs and closely-held values.

We believe

We have the ingenuity and agency to create the change we need. But we have to do it together.

Changing the system from the inside takes courage, tenacity and ingenuity.

People will ultimately drive the change that’s needed.

We need new ways of working to support the scale and pace of collaboration that’s urgently needed.

We need to cultivate the conditions for people to make progress inside complex organizations.

We need to center people in this work and support their capacity for change.

We are bold thinkers and precise doers, with a deep commitment to purpose-driven work.

Workshop was co-founded in 2015 by Anna and Ben Adlard, who are partners in life and work.

Anna and Ben Adlard

Founded by Anna and Ben Adlard, Workshop developed out of a personal decision to change course in work and life. A decade into their careers, they decided to hit reset and move their young family to Cape Town, South Africa (where Ben grew up). This became a formative time to align their work with their values. This exploratory period ultimately sparked the beginning of Workshop. They returned to the U.S and started Workshop. Since then, Anna and Ben have built a thriving company of purpose-driven people committed to climate action.
